"I made these inner soles yesterday another project I've been meaning to do for such a long time. I have made these years ago for myself and my boys shoes but not as fancy as these ones, the ones I used to make were made using an old towel. These are so simple and quick to make a pair took about 20 minutes to make. If you are a sewer and quilter you would have plenty of scraps available I'm sure.
