"All you will need is a bottle of white vinegar and some orange peels and a big glass jar. Half fill the glass jar with vinegar add the orange peels as you eat the oranges, just keep adding them to the jar until full. Top up with vinegar to cover orange peels if necessary then just leave for at least 6-8 weeks or longer if you wish and the vinegar will smell more like orange peels and the colour from the orange peels will colour the vinegar.
